I'm sure there's some sort of thread that will tell you what kit is the best. You can choose them in different temperatures, as they are measured in Kelvin. So, if you're looking for blue lights, you're going to want something around the 8000k or 10000k temperature range. I have the 6300k and they're the right mixture of white and blue, and have enough light where I can see the road, especially in the rain. You have to make sure you dont go too blue, because you will loose your vision at night in the rain if you're too blue.
I'm not an idiot, I promise. I'm also not being sarcastic.
I'm fully aware of the red vs blue and light spectrum stuff ala Daniel Stern. Read it at least a decade ago on the BBS. That said, I'm not ready to convert to HID yet, but I still want the look, hence, asking for brand suggestions.
I'm looking for somewhere in the 6000-8000k look with bulbs that are semi-reliable. Like I said, I've tried the bigger name stuff, and it still looks more amber than white or blue.

Had some good super white or bluey-tinge bulbs you've used before?
