Subaru OEM Camera Install

Has anyone tried to update their legacy with the License molding LEGACY, w/rr camera? I am trying to figure out the best combination of parts to get a backup camera installed with as little mods to my car as possible. I am going to take apart the trunk lid and look for myself but wondering if any members have already looked into this or tried this part.

If your car didn't come with a rear view camera, then the hole in the trunk lid where the camera goes won't be punched out, so you'd need to do some drilling to get the OEM camera in there.
