Contact BNR,(In the Vendor section at the bottom of forum) OBTW a 18g needs mucho supporting modifications to run properly, like catless up, new fuel pump, Bigger injectors AND a tune.(better intercooler etc... if the car is an automatic trans... even more) Talk with Bryan at BNR, The 16G is about as high as you can go stock.

^^^+1 that the BNR 16g is as high as you want to go on stock fueling. I just ordered a 16g from Bryan at BNR. I obviously can't give any thoughts or opinions on the product since I have yet to install it, but the ordering process was quick and it seems like they're built to order which is cool. I have read great things on the forums which is why I went with him, plus Mitsubishi turbos are have a great reputation and I like the fact that I'll essentially have an upgraded turbo that fits like stock.
If you have a cbe, get a couple more mods to go with your BNR. Go with an STi up pipe since it's catless, fits, is a Subaru part, and can be had for $60 shipped give or take. You can also register and look on nasioc.com where they have tons for sale. I also went with an aftermarket catted down pipe. CNT's are $369 new, or you could find a used one here. Also, 08+ STi used aftermarket downpipes fit your LGT.
Those 2 mods, with software should be a must if getting a BNR. I went with those, and I even went with an after market TMIC (choose process west for that). It should all come together within 7-10 days. If you're going with that BNR, for a little bit more for an up pipe and down pipe you can get some really nice power. Add an aftermarket TMIC to get even more, although they cost a bit more.

With a 16g a couple noteworthy but not necessary mods would be a new fuel pump for reliability, and a tmic. To save some money the bullet proof tmic mid is better than running it straight stock.
Both NOT a necessity at the 16g point. But something to think about.

Darn you guy are reading my mind, I have been running a 16G since summer time, TBE(Invidia Q-300 +UP), PW TMIC, DW65 Pump, GS EBCS,Infamous filtered oil/turbo line and an Infamous OS tune with Shamar. (I couldn't even finish the tune due to weather/snow ice etc..) I bought the good stuff now, upgrade to a 18/20G is a matter of injector swap and re-tune with fueling Oh an of course some trans mods(AT), IDK how accurate the Virtual Dyno is but I'm at 315HP, 390Q. Still get 25mpg highway, drivability is AWESOME, full boost 19.5@3200, it's a real kick to drive. I'm building a 257 block with the real good stuff, then who knows...20G??? GT-35?? the $ky'$ the limit.

OP, look at vf52 if your going to get tuned anyway's.
You'll also want to replace the cat'ed up pipe with a catless one and remove the egt probe.
You should get a DP too.
I got my vf52 from Mike at AZPinstalls.com contact him for pricing.
I also bolted the turbo to the up pipe instead of using the studs Subaru uses. It's much easier to line up the inlet and oil drain tube. I used the bolts that hold the up pipe braket to the block, the dealer has them.

you have the 2005, so before you get the turbo I think you need the up and downpipe. Those 2 are like the first and standard mods for 2005.
The intake and bov should have come after. Standard thinking doesnt apply to these cars.
But I dont think you can tune the 2005 with a stock uppipe. Nor will it work properly with a bov thats not recirculating unless you retune.
Either way , i'd listen to what the other posters said about needing more fuel for going past 16g. fuel pump, fuel injectors and bigger tmic, or fmic kit are usually what people get before getting a bigger turbo, plus a new oil feed line.
bigger turbos usually need boost solenoid or ebc of some sort to go past 18 or 19 psi.
but for a 2005 start with the uppipe first, and I would have purchased a downpipe before the cbe!
If you havent retuned for stage 2, but I dont think you can because you dont have a up or downpipe, you might like the improvement, a lot of us do. I'd try the up/down pipe and stage 2 retune first, before dropping in a new turbo, you havent actually tuned your stock turbo according to what you said, and there is significant room for tuning with stock turbo. Air intake and bov are pretty worthless for you in terms of performance at the point your at.

Basically before you start all the turbo stuff, get back to basics!! you have a lot of reading to do! Clutch probably wont last long.
I really think your putting the cart before the horse...

I went with a BNR 16g on my LGT. Supporting mods that went along with it, FMIC, Downpipe, Uppipe Pro Road tune from Phatbotti Tuning, and a bunch of other parts. BNR makes a good turbo, currently have over 25k on it and still pulls and makes great power.

Is there a problem with your turbo op? I'm just trying to understand how you went from cbe, bov to turbo! What are your future plans? What kind of power are you trying to produce? Give us some more detail to point you in the right direction. Like everyone has already stated bnr makes a great product. I just think you would get better performance gains investing that turbo money into simpler things like up/down pipe, tmic/fmic, ebc, stage 2 tune before changing the turbo, especially if theres nothing wrong with it and your considering the 16g. But if you plan on making fuel mods, fuel pump, fuel injectors, then you can go with a bigger turbo.
I'm firm believer in measure twice cut once! Plan it out, so your not back here trying to sell that turbo because it doesnt meet your future needs or wasnt for your setup.
