According to http://opposedforces.com/ they are different part numbers. My Outback XT has a stock LGT sedan suspension in it and it is pretty low. Too low for my taste.

See here:

So my question. Would it be worth it to find/install a wagon suspension? Will the different springs lift it up a bit?

Thanks.

Wagon springs will lift the rear up slightly. I have a full set of wagon springs available and I'm kinda close to you in Maine for the next few days if interested.

Saggy butt. You could install some spacers in the rear as well--they sit between the top hats and the frame.

Yeah. It's not bad looking but I feel like the ride is a little rough and could be improved.

I though about that and looked at the paranoid fabrications parts. I'd like to go with springs that are a bit higher first and if I don't like it I'll go with the spacers.
