Is that too much mileage? $12400? They only built 57 of these cars wanted one forever.

Overpriced. Need to look at service records. Timing belt and water pump @ 105k. Oil every 3.7k

I just bought a 05 LGT AWP LTD Wagon 6 months ago with 48K miles for $13,500.
The guy also gave me $3K in upgrades & wheels. I know mine was one hell of a deal, but that seems way over priced for that mileage.

Look up KBB value.

Thats what I figure. Test drove it. Seems like 8800 would be fair it is pretty beat up cosmetically (bottomed out the front bumper) seats are worn and has an oil leak almost no clutch and needs brakes. But it has a new turbo.
