215/50/17 General Arctic Altimax and 17x7.5 Rota Tarmac II's. I like these wheels more than the stockers.

Yup. The flat black seems to hold up really well against winter.

Sorry not the best pictures, but get the idea. The preferred package from tire rack. Got 17 inch 225 50 WS70s and 17 inch Sport Edition D5s. Im actually very impressed with the quality of the 100 dollar rims. Oh yea, will be adding a black piece of tape on the dash to fix my tpms.

Sorry the pics are not the best

My winter setup

Nokian Hakkapeliitta R 205/60/16 on OEM rims. These are now dedicated for winter duty and I'll purchase a summer wheel set next spring

Looking forward to some snow now that we are a 2 Subie household!

Blizzard...this may be a stupid question. Does the little surf board on your roof rack serve a purpose other than an advertisement for Thule?

You can have your year round sunny weather. I'll take snow and cold for a few months as a tradeoff for mother nature not trying to shake my state apart every now and then.
