Check out this thread:
http://legacygt.com/forums/showthrea...t=crawford+AOS

The install is a little time consuming due to differences between the 08 WRX and LGT. As I have mentioned on the other thread, Cusco strut bars will not fit.

Removal of the throttle body is not required because the PCV is not directly below it. It is accessible for removal and installation of the included 1/4" pipe plug.

The other difference is the location of the recirculation port in the turbo inlet hose-it is directly underneath the manifold and will require temporary removal of the solenoid. On the WRX instruction two black pipes are shown in front of the TMIC. On LGTs they are directly mounted behind and below the manifold and are plastic materials. You will need to disconnect the short rubber nose connection between the recircuation port of the turbo inlet hose and the bottom vent plastic pipe. You will have to manage to get (2) 5/8" hoses- one coming from the firewall side to the recirc port of the turbo inlet hose and the other one coming from the front side of the car to that bottom plastic vent pipe.

Connections to the turbo coolant is self-explanatory and easy.

Good luck.

Here is the link to my pictures of the Crawford V2 A/O separator.

http://legacygt.com/forums/showthrea....html?t=133179

I had the unheated version on the car for 10 months. I switched it for the heated one last month. Too bad I had to pay a shop 2 hours of labor for the switch.

Here it is Leo.....
Most of the WRX details are similar.
A couple of details that are different from the WRX instructions. Photos #1-#4 are the check valve, PCV valve and the OEM fitting removals and replacements. The next are photos #3-#4.

Photo #3 shows hoses and where they connect to the can.
Photo #4 is completely different from the WRX. The turbo inlet hose connection is horizontal and pointing towards the rear of the car.

I have the can with connections to the turbo coolant. There is a thread here for that.

Hey guys - we are working on sorting out some LGT and WRX specific instructions. Is anyone local that wants to drop their car off for the day and let us install their AOS for free? This will give us a chance to document the install in detail. If you're interested, PM me, or email me at sales@crawfordperformance.com

This is the actual layout of my installation in an 06 LGT:
#1-5/8" HOSE TO TURBO INLET HOSE. THE RECIRC PORT POINTS TOWARDS THE REAR OF THE CAR AND UNDERNEATH THE
MANIFOLD.
#2-1/2" HOSE TO COOLANT EXP. TANK.
#3-5/8" HOSE CONNECTS TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT HEAD VENTS THAT ARE JOINED TO A "Y" PLASTIC TUBING MOUNTED ON
THE BACK OF THE MANIFOLD. MY #3 HOSE PICKS UP THE VENT PORT ONCE THE SHORT RUBBER HOSE TO THE TURBO
INLET IS REMOVED. THIS CONNECTION TAKES CARE OF HOSES #5 & #6, AS SHOWN ON CRAWFORD'S DIAGRAM.
#4-5/8" TO BREATHER "Y" FITTING.
#5-1/2" TO TURBO COOLANT PORT.
#6-NOT NEEDED IF YOU FOLLOW #3 HOSE INSTALL.
#7-1/2" TO BREATHER "Y" FITTING.

That link for the instructions doesnt seem to work. Here is maybe a newer one I found on the crawford site.

http://www.crawfordperformance.com/d..._Version_2.pdf

Only problem is the whole thing seems to be about an STI.
