seat belt adjuster on pillar

on the pillar between front & back if the car on both passenger & driver side the plastic holder inside the main pillar plastic is constantly tapping . it is so loud and annoying right next to my head while driving.

any suggestions for quieting this annoyance?

wedge something in there like a piece of foam
