Hey guys, are there any other OEM seats that will bolt right into the BH chassis? I am thinking about swapping my seats for newer WRX seats if it can be done.

Who's tried it before?

Are the rails just riveted to the seats? Meaning, are they decently easy to swap to a newer seat?

the rails are what go onto the floor of the car. i havent taken out rails myself, but plenty have done it before. usually when buying seats from someone else they dont sell the rails unless they upgrade to racing seats or anything that needs different rails

rails are riveted/spot welded onto the seat. Any impreza up to 07 will fit your car, and any legacy up to 04.

Some WRX or STi fronts would look and feel amazing in my OBW.

Let the search begin. :-)

Ok, so based on the advice given here, I did source me out a pair of black seats from a 2004 WRX as well as the steering wheel. Here is the before/after pic.

As an fyi, these do sit taller, but I don't have a sunroof, so it doesnt bother me.
