Fyi ... the OEM bars were made by a company out of England called Mont Blanc. They are relatively crappy quality compared to Thule and Yakima.
I believe that I got the Thule 440 which includes bars and a towers, but does not include the correct fit kit for the 05 LGT wagon. The correct adapter fit kit is SR2.
The Thule website is pretty terrible when it comes to recognizing what the right fit for our cars is, but they absolutely do make the right components to fit. I'm relatively certain that I have the right part numbers (440 w/SR2), but you may want to search here on LGT.com for more confirmation as it's been a few years since I bought mine and I don't remember for sure. The two amazon links above appear to be the right thing, even though the SR2 description there says 430. Again, just comb LGT.com and the Internet for the anecdotal evidence and then take the crapshoot. It should work out even though Thule's official info is crappy in this regard. Can always try calling Thule customer service directly, but again, your experience will be dictated by how knowledgeable the Thule representative is. For whatever reason, this is an extremely niche fitment for the major rack companies.
Also, fyi ... there's a guy that just bought the Yakima competition, located here: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthrea...on-221516.html
The major difference between Thule and Yakima is square bars vs round bars respectively. They are both high quality racks, so in the end, it's more of an aesthetic choice about which you like. They both carry a lot of adapters for their accessories to fit both their own bars and their competitors.
Good luck! Enjoy! And welcome to LGT.com. Great place. Get thee to modding!
