Are these plug and play or is there wiring required? I'm confused why there are connectors included.

The factory stock injector plug needs to be de-pin'd and removed. Then the wires and pins can be installed in these connectors and plugged into these injectors. They are necessary for running this style of high flow injector. Also, the hold down brackets that are on the factory plug are different. These stays/hold downs are also necessary for these injectors. This is everything you need including freshly mounted o-rings. Although, it is good practice to replace the o-rings.
