As you can tell, I'm a n00b, and before I start asking people for stuff, I need to know if these options are possible. So with that being asked, can a second generation Legacy be equipped with power front seats AND a power antenna?

I don't think they had power front seats (I haven't seen them), they have a neato mechanical adjusting mechanism instead. Some of the Outbacks and Legacy sedans had heated leather, which may constitute as power seats.
IMO I hate my power antenna. Every time I get out of the car its still going DERRRR.
Welcome to the forum btw.

No power seats, those were first introduced in the 3rd gen, but these can be swapped into your car. The GT sedan model did come with a power antenna, but it is known to break.
edit: Tr00b beat me too it by 1 min lol

What about the Outback? I know that the two of them are almost the same.

Be thankful that your car has neither. I can't remember the last time I had to move my seat. I listen to digital, Really no need for an antenna

What year does the Subaru Outback have the antenna and power seats?
Can they have both at the same time?

The Outback is the same. That is why it was called the "Legacy Outback".
The difference between the two lies in suspension and bumpers pretty much.
You can take nearly any power seat from a 2000 model year or newer Subaru and bolt it into your car.
As far as power antenna, they are neat in theory...but they tend to be more problematic then anything and not really worth the trouble.

I thought at one point in time I saw a Legacy/Outback with a power antenna and power seats. It must have been my mind.
So 1999 NEVER came with power seats?

I'm not sure. I've never had a 99. I've had every year between 93 and 98 though lol.
Maybe it was a 2000+ Outback?

It could be. Does the 2000 Subaru have full power seats? (As in reclining)?

No power seats for any Legacy of any trim level (including Outbacks) from 95 to 99 do not have power adjustable seats. That started in 2000. All Legacy GT and Outback limited trims have power antenna's. I'm not sure about the non-limited Outbacks though.

Pretty sure just power slide.
And I don't see anything wrong with the power antenna. Makes my car look like a giant R/C car!

No idea. I don't see the point to powered seats (unless they automatically adjust to a specific driver based on your key), they take too long to adjust. The only good thing is being able to adjust the reclining position more specifically.
