Does anyone know how to get this for the Legacy?

Although this one is for the Legacy, at the last page, you have the option to download and when you do, it's the Impreza one even though it says Legacy on the top left.

Also, where can I get an electronic version of the accessories brochure for the Legacy (2013)?

I went to your link above, the last page where it says showroom brochure on the bottom right worked for me. It also include the accessories.

take a look at your download. It's not the Legacy brochure. The accessories are only 12 of 63 available....

There's also a link there for feedback. Sounds like you should let them know they are linking to the wrong brochure for download.
