I emailed GFB to inquire and here was their response:
The GT Hybrid is a GFB valve, it was an earlier version than the one you see on the website called the Respons TMS.
The GT Hybrid is a dual outlet valve with no internal venting bias adjustment. From new, it came with a 30mm hose plug and a threaded plug, which you could use to configure the valve for full recirc, full atmo, or 50/50 venting. You might want to check if he has those plugs, if not you are stuck venting 50/50 unless you purchase these plugs (they are still available). You can also purchase replacement gaskets from our US distributor (part # 6505).
The Respons TMS is different from the GT Hybrid in that the ring below the cap can be turned to internally adjust the venting bias from full recirc to full atmosphere, or anywhere in between – see below:
Both valves perform exactly the same, the key difference is the ability to easily adjust the venting bias so you can change the sound. With the Respons, all you have to do is pop the hood and twist the cap. The Hybrid needs plugs installed and removed to do the same thing.
