Are you guys blind? That is, quite clearly, one of the twin-turbo Legacys.
Note that it's RHD and that there is a charge pipe coming from the LF side of the engine bay, and the charge pipe from the RH side of the engine bay T's into it.
That badge on the belt shroud says "Boxer 16 valve twin turbo".

And before anyone asks - They don't fit in USDM cars unless you swap to RHD.

It is a B4 legacy twin turbo, i can get hold of intercooler kits for them that bolt up.. just thought it was a bit different
