yes it will.

However, if you want to save yourself headaches and have better reliability, I recommend getting a Tactrix cable. Search the marketplace on here or on Nasioc. They can be had for a decent price used.

Buy your vag-com on amazon. easier, cheaper, and you can return it if it doesn't work.
