I am going to be putting a sub and amp in and I was wondering what is the best way to route the power wire through the firewall and how do the rear seat come apart.

There is a small grommet in the firewall under the top mount it Prolly has a rubber plug in the hole. The wire can be attatched to wire clothes hanger to be fished through and should come out to your pedal area. The back seat just pulls up straight in my 05 Prolly the same for other years

The grommet is the rubber plug. It is going to come out in the drivers footwell and you just need to slice an x in it to pass the wire.

I cannot comment on the 05 seats. Never pulled one, but I assume it's as easy as the 08's.

Post pictures of the system when done.
