wheel bearing recall???

I have a 05 lgt my rear wheel bearing is whining and I was doing some research on here and found a link that there is a recall on these??

They extended the warranty to 100k on the rear wheel bearings:

I just bought this car used will they fix it or does it have to be original owner? Or how spend that work?

Call the dealer and ask them. When they say no, call Subaru if America.
