Stock. From the dealer or another supplier of OEM parts.

It's a 2.5i, the stock NGK plugs should be just fine.

I have a 4th gen stage 2 and I did OEM stockers which are NGK Iridiums, I was told they were the best option.

NGK plugs are very very quality pieces. I have been using them for years in many different cars, heck, even my lawn mowers, without issue. Stock is good in this case.

Agreed. NGK or Denso plugs can't be beat, although I'll use exactly what came with the vehicle from the factory; Ford = Motorcraft, GM = A/C Delco, etc..
Don't be fooled by fancy Bosch or any other gimmicky "Split-Fire" (or the likes) aftermarket spark plug.

Depending on the engine geometry, I have seen "Split-Fire" plugs actually blast a hole in the top of the piston. Not instantaneously, of course, over time.
Your best bet is to stick with the OEM spec NGK plugs.
