Brand new and never used. Was going to put it on the car but I never got around to it. Selling the car now, so I'm unloading my LGT odds and ends. Unfortunately, I cannot locate the box for this thing unfortunately. It has the bolts and two tubes - they've gone missing and as such, can't be included in the sale. Sorry. Look at the pictures. There is a small cosmetic scuff at about 10'oclock. I'm those things into consideration.
