Hi guys, i have a couple questions regarding swapping my wagon from auto to manual. Im gonna be using a 02 wrx trans and almost have all the pieces( rwd wrx means lots of spare transmissions stuff haha)
Just a few questions i'd really appreciate some help with.
which driveshaft do i need? ive read that only a manual outback wagon driveshaft will fit but also read that a manual sedan one will work also. which is correct?
are the manual shifters different across chassis? i was gonna use a factory 5spd short shifter off a wrx but someone said it it wont work in a legacy?
also, ive read the wiring part alot and will prolly be able to figure it out once i get there but if anyone has some pictures of what they did i would greatly appreciate it. im more of a visual learner
