So I am almost done stockpiling parts to go stage 3 in my 05 legacy GT 5eat. I would like to get some input on the mod list I planned out to see if I should make any changes or if I am missing anything. I also have a couple questions I need help with. My goals are: I would like to see 300awhp but im not holding my breath.
I mainly want good power on tap, power till redline, I do highway all the way to/from work and some around town action on weekends. I dont need anything crazy. I have 2 co workers who have an 07 v8 mustang gt and one has a twin turbo audi s4 wagon and we all wanna hit the track, so it has to be able to take care of them.
I already have alot of the parts so the big decisions I have left have questions or comments next to them. Thanks for any help or advise and both positive and negative is welcomed.
Here is my build plan:
05 LGT 5eat
Live in WA @ close to sea level. 91 octane fuel
Cobb accessport V2
BNR 16g or 18g (undecided)
Forced performance oil feed line
AVO TB hose
Tial QR bypass valve
Perrin turbo inlet
Stock airbox w/ Perrin afta maf hose and air filter
Grimmspeed 3 port ebcs
Perrin up pipe
Grimmspeed ported/polished exh manifolds & highflow crosspipe
Cobb highflow catted downpipe
Cobb Catback exhaust
Deatschwerks 740cc injectors
AVO 265lph fuel pump
Grimmspeed TGV deletes (are they needed? how helpful will they be?)
Perrin light weight crank pulley
Rallitek 5eat trans mount bushing
Hexmods F1 valvebody upgrade (needed for 16g? Defiantly needed for 18g?)
Also, Where will best a great reliable place to get tuned at around WA area?
Im assuming if i go 18g a VB upgrade is a must..
Do i need TGV deletes? Are they worth it?
Again, any questions or comments are appreciated! Thanks!
