Since the 3.6 is probably never going to get a good front sway bar replacement does anyone know a good place to buy some poly bushings? Im guessing it's 24mm bar but that's another wild guess.

It seems as though energy suspension has some nice options. Anyone have experience with them?

The 3.6r runs a different sway bar setup then the GT?

Might want to contact Turn in Concepts or Whiteline and see if they can recommend some that fit (one of those "parts from other cars that fit the 5th gen" thing).

Everyone and their mother keeps telling me its different. Whiteline told me they could not source a 3.6 to test fit a bar and Myles from RCE says its completely different. I emailed energysuspension to ask them since I cant seem to get a solid answer on the exact diameter of the bar. It may come down to taking it off and measuring it. Basically with a 25mm rear sway and sway bar braces I really need to tighten up the front end a bit.

I've ordered a few different sizes of sway bar bushings and I find the biggest issue is getting a set that either will

1. Work in the stock brackets
2. Work with the supplied brackets.

Most of the time these things don't fit no matter which version of the size you choose.

I concur. I've tried Energy Suspension bushings in the front and because the bottom of the bushing is not contoured the way the frame is, it eventually slips in the bracket. I upgraded to AVO bushings in the rear since they are identical to OE except in a harder durometer material. No problems there and it makes a nice improvement. As far as I can tell AVO doesn't make a fitment for the front diameter though.

You actually tried the bushings in the front on the 3.6 or another car?

I'm thinking now that Whiteline sells front bar bushings that match oem specs. It's for 22mm front bar

Front on my 3.6. Stock FSB. I did it with both factory and aftermarket brackets. The issue is with the shape of the frame. It is angled and the aftermarket bushings don't seat real well. Whiteline does make bushings in the right diameter so that's my next step.
