It's held in place with a torx bolt (T30) - getting to it is not too bad
First you need to remove the inner trim, then pull back the plastic so that you can get to the latch, etc. - then you lower the latch mechanism by removing the 3 bolts which are on the inside edge of the door, removing the connector, and pushing it down a bit. Next, you remove the plastic cover around the child safety switch, and then you should be able to see the head of the torx bolt and tighten it down.
I pulled the cover off the child safety switch, and all I can see is the white plastic cover over the door latch mechanism, so I am guessing that's why you need to push down the latch.
It looks like there is a big opening on the inner part of the door, so there is a chance you can get to the bolt without moving the latch down if you have an offset wrench which can take torx bits, and a t30 torx bit...
