I have done some research but havent been able to find much. What is there for options? I just installed a Whiteline adjustable swaybar and it handles great. I am curious what springs will work for the future and does 05+ struts fit? Thanks for the help

I have a 2000 might have the same search if you look up the names, h&r lowering springs and kyb struts are commin mix but kyb are just after market oem replacments, if you want really stiff get balistin hds I forgot the spelling but very spendy almost not worth it for our cars for the hds its almost 1k for both front and rear, in that case just get coilovers bc racing are around 1k best/cost worthy coils you can get there are a few other spring combos you can do but idk them never cared much.

so if I used the top hats from my car springs for that are built for 05's will work? Ill have to look at H&R's, those would probably work with the struts I have. I might need to replace my struts soon. the KYB will handle the H&R springs right?

I am assume yes they fit because it says be/bh *not for outback* BE is code for sedan, BH is code for wagon and its cause the Outbacks have taller rear springs or something like that but you can always email them and ask

But as for tophats for h&r springs we usually switch to the 02-07 impreza front top hats cause the springs are tappered, I can get the part number for ya but it'll take me a few minutes and the rears are still fine. But for your year I'm not 100% sure on maybe a more knowlagable member can tell ya

An as for the kyb yeah they'll do fine, it'll be nice to get new ones to because of the sway bars, with thicker bars your putting a lot more stress on the shocks, an you might as well do both at once so then you don't have to do double the work over agian

im thinking about H&R. Ill email them and ask! I did just put a whiteline 20mm swaybar and wow what a huge difference. looking to get kartboy endlinks. ill probably end up getting the KYB's just so I dont have to do the job twice.

Yeah only the front you don't "have" to but it helps cuase the stock springs are flat or whatever and the h&r's are tappered and the tophats aren't expensive I haven't looked but I'm assuming they are like 20 bucks each.

yeah I can't wait either I have my cusco front tower bar and 25mm tribeca fsb on the floor in my room and I'm waiting for my cusco rear tower I ordered and I'm picking up a 22mm addco this week and imma do the kartboy endlinks aswell

but I'm still debating if I wanna do shocks n struts or coils lol

Wow i bet your car is going to handle like its on rails!!! I was also looking into the front strut tower bar but i dont know ho much of a difference that alone will make. I am going to start saving for the springs so those might come first! post pics once you get them installed
