The below 05 Outback XT parts have 155,000 on them. The fluids were changed Once per year (25-30,000) with Subaru Extra S by myself and the 5 gallon bucket in my garage.
I am very picky and I get money for maintenance from the company I work for so the frequent changes were free to me so why not.
The miles were ALL highway and the car was never raced or abused. I had 115,000 on the original clutch and I only changed it due to throw out bearing noise last fall.
As soon as it had the noise, I changed the clutch within 4-5 days with a TSK kit for precaution and an ACT clutch and WRX flywheel. The original clutch flywheel and pressure plate were not even wore out when removed at 115k. I didn't want to risk snout damage so I put the TSK3 Kit on and the new clutch.
Selling due to a 08 STI 6 speed swap
05 Outback XT 5 Speed 4.44 ratio-$800 +shipping- SOLD
05 Outback XT R160 4.44 ratio-$200 +shipping- SOLD
TSK3 Kit for snout protection-35K on it-$90 +shipping SOLD
2 05 Outback XT/Legacy GT Rear Axels-$75 ea or $125 for both +shipping- SOLD

Umm, I believe the Legacy GT's have the 4.11 output and rearend and the Outback XT has a 4.44 output and rearend because of the taller tire profile.

Ah, new lesson learned on the OBXT for me thx.
On that note what would shipping costs be for the tranny and both front axles to NM 87122? Mine has 130k and a few syncros are noisy/notchy.

If mine decides to bite it with that big turbo in front of it now, I'll consider.
I can vouch, otherwise, that everything he states as to the condition of these parts is true.

I can also vouch for the care the OP takes of his car. I have also driven/shifted this five speed. It is in perfect condition.

Thanks guys, I am pretty anal with my car but at 170,000 it still looks pretty dang new.
I planned on keeping it from the beginning, I knew subaru would ruin a good looking car eventually.
Now its all modded out and I can still haul crap in the back
