For the past couple of days, I've noticed pedal shutter.
I can feel it from the clutch pedal and hear it when I press down the clutch pedal to start the car. It almost sounds like something is ratteling under the dash.
Every once in awhile from a roll while letting off the clutch, I can feel and hear this shutter. Again, sounds more like something ratteling under the dash.
Spent hrs reading post in the technical forum but nothing really relates to it.
Everything points to TOB from all the post that was read.
The car has 55K miles on a stock clutch and I have been on stage II for approx. 8k miles of easy daily driving.
Any help is appreciated.

My guess would be the TOB. Mine ended up chewing the output housing (the piece the TOB rides on) completely off.
As far as sound - It was audible and seemed louder in cold weather. The clutch would engage oddly at times (with a clunk/rattle). I ignored it for several thousand miles and I ended up ruining my transmission housing. Even though your mileage is low, you have an 07 and the grease around the output housing/under TOB dries up over time. That will cause the TOB not to slide easily on the housing. It gets hot and will wear the output housing. Eventually it will chew off or severely damage that output housing.
If I were in your shoes, I would buy a factory clutch, flywheel and TSK3 kit (covers the output housing) and get it replaced. I chose to ignore the sound and I ended up buying a new transmission which was significantly more expensive than a clutch.
My 2 cents.

I will probably replace it with an aftermarket clutch and a single mass flywheel since I have it apart already.
It shifts perfectly and makes no noise while shifting. Only time I hear a rattle or pedal shutter is when i start the car.
And every once in awhile when I take off from first gear.
I'm probably going to look under the dash and start the car to see if anything is rubbing against the pedal assembly.

When you put it back together, I would highly recommend a TSK3 kit to eliminate any problems with the TOB in the future. It could easily be something besides the TOB, but the TSK3 kit is great insurance.

DO you have an aftermarket TMIC? If it hits the CMC it will do the same thing to your pedal.
OP - you should already have a single mass flywheel since you're an '07.

I have a TSK3 kit and I'm pretty sure I have TOB issues. We'll see.

Still not sure it's TOB given the TSK3. I'm hoping for something benign like a return spring. Haven't had a chance to get in there and look for not-the-TOB yet. Not looking forward to dropping the trans on a clutch with a few thousand miles on it...
I'm not feeling anything weird through the pedal. I have what I would call a "light metallic grinding" noise on decel and some rattling at idle with the clutch engaged in neutral.

Even the TSK3 bearing will fail, it just won't fail as badly as the OEM does XD
My brother had about 8k on a TSK3 before pulling it, but we suspect it might have been a DOA part or improperly attached to the fork (it was 1AM when we installed it).

I had mine professionally installed at a highly reputable shop. That would be disappointing. Certainly not impossible though.

You can actually do a clutch job without removing the trans, engine, or axles from the car.
Basically you can slide the transmission back far enough to give an 8" gap between the flanges and do all the work that way. IMHO, I think it's still easier to pull the engine.

That sounds interesting but I will probably have someone else do the job. I'm at the point in my life where I'm just too tired to do work on my own car.
