As the title states, I am wonting to slowly move past stage 2. I just wont to know what a safe turbo ugrade is that wont blow my engine. Also I know that I will have to upgrade my fuel system. Is there a certain fuel pump needed in order to use 740cc injectors (or should I got 850cc)...ie will a 255lph pump suffice. Right now I am looking to achieve 320-350hp with OEM engine. Any help would be awesome.

I wasn't being a Dick, I just know the topic has been discussed dozens of times over, and there's so much info out there it'll make your head hurt.

You will most likely eventually find your way to this thread:

http://legacygt.com/forums/showthrea...de-119177.html

A BNR turbo will probably be the most cost effective and easiest to deal with for your goals. Direct bolt on, top notch customer service.

An 18g with fuel mods on pump gas can get you in the 320-350 range, on E85 a whole lot more.

Recommend the DW65c fuel pump as it's a direct drop in to our housings unlike the Walbro. But both will run 740's.

Recommend the 740's with the 18g unless you plan on E85, then you need larger.

Here's another lengthy list of threads dedicated to BNR turbos:

Enjoy!

and I just bumped a fs post of mine with new clutch parts. Depending on the age of yours, be prepared for slipping when you start pushing HP/TQ.

People have blown motors with stock turbos, and other people (myself included) have gone much bigger without trouble. For the power range you're looking at, I suggest a 20G or something similar.

You will need a new pump, something in the 250 range will be fine.
850s will be more than enough.
740s will work.
ID 1000s will also work (I've had 816s and ID 1000s, and the IDs idle way better)
And Mr Soul is right about needing a stronger-than-stock clutch.

Stay Safe.

Whatever you budget for, include another $1000 as a cushion, at least. I did all my reading and window shopping and came up with what I thought was a realistic price for everything, but odds n' ends keep popping up everywhere!
