So I suspect the circled pulley is squeaking by my super scientific hearing test. What's the best way to address this? Completely new pulley? Shot of WD-40?

a way to check and make sure it the right one is get a screw driver and place it on the pulley while the car is idling. Like a stethoscope. just replace the pulley, short money and pretty easy to do

A/C clutch pulley replacement is pretty straight forward. Mine broke in one of my older cars and made a mess, then I regretted not replacing it sooner.

What do I do with the screwdriver? Press it against it? Am I looking for an altered sound there?

Is the A/C Clutch Pulley the pulley that I have circled. I actually don't know the names of all these pulleys.

Yes, that is the A/C clutch pulley. With the car running and the AC off (you don't want it running with the screwdriver and your face that close to it) wrap your fist around the screwdriver handle and put the tip against the pulley. Put your ear to your ear to the screwdriver handle and the sound will travel through the screwdriver if it's the bad pulley.

This should go without saying, but if you have long hair make sure you have it pulled back or a hat on. The belt will be spinning and getting hair caught in the belt will ruin your day.

Are you sure it's not a belt squeaking?

I would put my money on the A/C idler pulley below and to the left of the A/C compressor. We replace many of those.
