sirsimon, guy who used to be a member, swore by Jarrad and IIRC he had a pdx turbo on his car as well. With good results too. Let me try and find his thread.

--I called Jarrad right after purchasing the car in June. Told him about what Mods I did notice, (had yet to notice turbo and about forged rods/pistons) asked if he knew my car at all and could supply me with service records or invoices. He was very rude and said he would not say a single word without the builders consent. Well cars in my name and all I care about it info. I had nothing to go off of and did not buy the car from the builder (PAUL).
Fast forward to August and after posting the car to a local FB subie group Paul's friend Jeff recognized my car and told me all about the upgrades, build, dyno numbers excedra.
SUCCESS!!! . E85 for 3 years, 360/390. ****. yes.
Now Jared is upset that I've contacted him trying to get info on the car? and he is blowing off Paul who is trying to have records released so I can finally have some papers on the build and the vehicle.
It's been a very frustrating time and I've yet to get anything in my hand. Paul is very busy and hasn't had a chance to sit down and talk with me yet.
Went in to PRE for a tune last week and my tuner Bobby Windtrode told me the compressor side had a little play, like it wasn't tight or something. He could only get me to 265whp@18psi on pump. a very low number I believe for this type of build.
I would love to hear more about my turbo because it sounds like its nearing the end of its life though we checked for shaft play and there was none.
End Rant. I'm trying to sell this awesome beast of a car I only wish Jarrad would be more of a help after all the business Paul brought to Jarrad. No I'm the scapegoat who cant get any help because of what ever reason...oh well.
