Could be, I tried burping it a few times, let it run with the rad cap off but that made of a mess of the engine bay so I'm guessing no air is in there.
Should I let it run with the turbo coolant resevoir cap off?
I havent lost a drop of coolant in the past 2 weeks, oil isnt milky so im assuming that the headgaskets are still fine.
Tested it again today since the weather is above freezing, seems to only happen near 5K rpm, even if I just cruise the speed limit in first gear.
Monitored with my AP and its only dropping about 20 degrees so I'm not too worried, Im guessing the combination of a brand new water pump, thermostat, Mishimoto rad and Process West TMIC are somehow letting it cool down just a bit more then usual.
Edit: to be more specific it was down to 180F and went up to 205F when I stopped and let it idle for a minute or so.
One more thing, as soon as the A/C is on when I have it on defrost, does the second fan stay constantly running? If so maybe thats whats causing it to cool down??? The mishimoto slim fans are really quiet so its hard to hear when they are on.
