Anyone had this issue? Going over bumps it sounds like the lumbar support or something is rattling against plastic seatback. Has anyone tried removing that plastic piece on the back of the seat to get inside? If so, does it just remove nicely or will I break clips if I start pulling?

This rattle is absolutely maddening.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
