Anyone done any of the JDM conversion for our 2010+? The front bumper from the Legacy 2. GT TS looks awesome...

Anyone know about this exhaust too? I would love a quad tip for ours, it would look sick on there!

I really dislike that quad tip system. It looks like it's "stuffed" into those round exhaust opening. Square ped/round hole kind of thing.

But that front bumper is really very cool. The JDM and Euro Legacys/Libertys just look so much sportier than the stuff we get here in NA. Oh well...

K, that one, yes I can agree with that. How about a Stromung from the 4th gen? Would definitely require some modifying of the bumper a bit I am sure. I believe those are 2 3" tips with seperation inbetween...

I know everyone does a larger, single, round tip for exhaust around here, but there is a reason for that. It fits the lines of the cut out perfectly and fills the space. There is no dead space between to distract your eye. Its old school, but sometimes that's the best school. At least in my opinion. Others might feel differently.

You would have to ship it from japan (or maybe australia or the phillipines or somewhere else that has the jdm version) and I wouldn't even want to guess what that might cost.

And if you get the bumper, you'll also need the grille, hood, and probably fenders too. It's the perfect project for someone with deep pockets!

Might be better to get the parts from a country that DOESN'T drive on the right hand side. everywhere else in the world has the same exterior parts as japan.

I don't think RHD or LHD really matters for the front end the OP was talking about, unless maybe they wanted to replace the headlights too. Either way, there's an ocean between North America and every other market that Subaru gave the good front end to, shipping won't be cheap.

i believe they mentioned headlights (which would shine the wrong way)

What's funny is that for being in the middle of the ocean, we have the highest shipping rates. Probably cheaper to ship from japan to LA than from japan to hawaii.
