The rear brake line that goes around the gas tank on my 1995 Legacy L Wagon, has rusted out and is leaking. Does anybody know what this brake line is called? Or where I can buy a replacement one? I've been searching, but I've never done brake lines before and don't know what this one is called and can't find it online.

here is ref:
http://opposedforces.com/parts/legac.../brake_system/
oem is not worth it for this type of an item.
If you have or can borrow a flare tool, just run new line to match.
