I wish I could say I've had such great experiences there. I usually deal with the online guy, whom I think is also the Parts Manager. Every time we go in it's like we're bothering him. I don't think I've ever seen the guy smile or say 'thank you' to anyone.
I hear Heuberger works their guys into the ground so it wouldn't surprise me if he's just burnt out and needs a vacation but, regardless, it doesn't make for a pleasant experience. If there was a better place to get OEM parts in town I'd go there but there really isn't.
Don't even get me started on their service-writers. At least the Parts guys won't lie to you or kick you when you're down.
The techs, on the other hand, are the best around. And they're as good with people as they are with the vehicles. I always try to speak to one of them first and get a rec on a service writer before I go in.
