Cost is $179. They are in stock now.
Part number is 40-1026
Stock is 16mm, our is 19mm. (That is a 99% increase in stiffness.) The result is even slide characteristics, and neutral handling. Factory understeer is dramatically reduced.
Call us @ 1.888.773.1212 as we do not have it listed on our website yet.
Front bars are still in development. The OE design has some severe bends, we are looking at improved designs.
We will have a 25mm front / 22mm rear bar set coming out in the future.
Thank you,
Sean S.

are the endlinks for the front and rear the same? I saw the ones on Ralli-tek's website. They look nice, and the OEM ones look like a DIY job.

No they are different front / rear. (Rear endlinks are longer.)

For 2010 Legacy the front endlinks are already beefed up from Subaru. full metal sockets, better material... (someone at Subaru has been listening...)
The rear have rubber bushings, so ours are an improvement in strength and performance.
We have them up on our website now, or you can call in. Whichever you prefer.

For some reason it sounded like you were closer to a release date than this.
