Are these the Centric part #CE120.47024 and #CE120.47025? Also what brand are the SS brake lines?

They're the right rotor for your car; the part number may vary. But they are Centric rotors.
The lines are our own brand, made for us by Techna-Fit.

Ashy, the rotors are not Centric Premium. Premium have a black electro-deposit coating. The rotors in our packages do not have that. They still stop the car just fine; you could get out some Rustoleum if you want the rotor hats black.
Laverne, I'll check on fitment for the Outback.
