haedgasket issues?

hi i got a 2005 LGT 2.5 auto and my friend just notice the other day that my exhaust has blue smoke but no white smoke and thinks it might be the rings or headgasket (i think it is the headgasket since i have heard of them going pretty easy on people) so i am wondering if there is a good place to order from and something that will last?

Blue smoke would be oil. If you need head gaskets, go to the dealer or a good online store and get OEM.
