hi iv got a 1996 legacy gt and heater is blowing cold the water pump is fine the pipe going in the car gets hot the return pipe is luke warm engine runs fine never boils up any idears what it could be and its climat control and seems ok or all lights up and makes noises thanks andy

Bad heater core maybe? Also, a little punctuation would be a big help in your posts.

Heater core flush would be a good start.

Also the valve to open flow to the heater core could be stuck shut. Since this is a 96, it should be possible to manually open the valve if you can find it or its link.
