It's a 1998 LGT w/ 178,000 miles. Just replaced the head gaskets last summer. Motor internals were spotless, compression is great. The inspection cover still has a leak though, so it does leave a spot after driving. In a single oil change span of 3000 miles it was only a half quart low, so not a major leak, but a leak nonetheless. The trans fluid has been changed with Subaru ATF, I don't know what was in it before, but the trans is smooth and firm. The suspension is lowered with some KYB struts and HR springs. Some really thick sway bars and endlinks, don't know the brand, but they aren't stock. The car handles great, a bit stiff for my taste, but it sticks to road. Very few "mods" done underhood. Car had the airbox replaced with a K&N cold air intake, a custom made catless midpipe into an oversized silencer and a high flow muffler. It's gets a bit raspy around 3000rpm, I think it needs a smaller silencer, but the previous owner had it installed. I installed NGK plugs, NGK wires, and a Dodge Neon coil mounted on a custom made baseplate. The interior is very clean and unworn. The stock stereo sucked, so I gutted it and installed a nice Pioneer system including an amplifier mounted under the driver seat. None of the windows leak, the heat gets nice and hot, the A/C gets nice and cold. The dash bulbs were replaced with blue LED's too, looks very nice. The door panel lights are multicolored, in that they change colors when the door is open. Not my thing, but it was there when I bought it. The car has a few dents and dings, the largest is visible on the bottom of the driver side door. The finish on the paint is great, no rust or oxidation. I keep the car nice and waxed too. It stays in the garage, so it doesn't sit out in the weather. The Yokohama tires have good tread and the brakes were done last summer too. Pads, front calipers, rotors all around, and fluid flush. Doesn't stop on a dime, but it stops pretty darn quick, ABS works too. Found that out late this last summer when a deer jumped in front of me on I-75. AWD kicks in pretty smooth too, not jolt or clunk. Overall the car is in great shape. Any questions, feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
. I am available to show the car on most weekends and evenings.
My asking price is $3500 or best offer.
