Anybody know of a good reliable shop to bring my LGT to in the Sacramento area? TIA.

I've been using Joe's Alfa Subaru just on the north end of downtown. Maita Subaru if you need the dealer. FW Motorsports (DB Tuned) in Roseville is pretty popular too.

Joe's pretty much does only Subaru's. Prices are very reasonable. I'm happy with his service.

FW Motorsports is actually in Rocklin, FWIW. And Paul is on a cruise ship in Alaska right now, so if you're in a hurry, don't go there.
