Nice, I like that idea. Have this thing raise a custom plate over your rear plate telling them to back off. Or " UR N ASS".

Hmmmm....

or put "KISMYASS" lol

I've always thought about putting in a nice scrolling sign on the back window to "yell" at people along the way...

Turn off your highbeams

Get out of the left lane, jackass

etc...

How about a write up with pictures for the rest of us? :D

Definitely. I need to put the thing on again once I get my front bumper back from being repainted.

I might actually be the only person on the board to have one. It took a bit of time for me to actually get it all perfect. You need to dremel away some of the plastic for it to tilt up fully. The hardware they give you gets thrown out. I found it to be useless. My plate fell off after a week. I had to think of another way to attach it, without risking it fall off. So give me a couple weeks, I'll have a nice writeup for those who want this done to their car.

maybe you could have used 3M double sided tape to keep it on, lol:lol:

My friend(he has a lancer) used the tape to do a side mount imatation like the Evo X, it looks pretty clean except you can see the tape if you look down on it from above.

Aiyy. Thread revival.

Here are 2 pics with the plate visible and hidden under the front bumper. I need you guys to be a bit more patient with the DIY. I'll get it posted soon. I guess this is just a teaser. Heehee

It's slightly off to the right because of the plastic undertray.

No bumper holes!
