Hmm... spent just shy of 80 miles on this tank of gas, and I'm showing more than 1/3rd of the tank gone. Curious indeed.

The gas gauge is a bad way to actually gauge how much gas is in the tank.

They're notoriously wrong on the 2nd gen. Fill it up and see how much you add, then you'll know for sure. It's a 15.9 (60 liter) tank.

Car is in great shape but pulled a weird code that doesn't exist.

567. Checked three times and same sequence. 567 and then back to repeat.

Other codes were normal and come up when its hot, in slow traffic, and using air conditioning. 21 and 23.

If I get orders to either one of my top three choices next summer, Ill be putting MAD miles on my Subys. Ill be driving the 97 OBS a lot to keep the miles off Brooke but I anticipate at least triple the miles Ive been putting on them the past year.

Im thinking at least 3000 a month.

109,200 Miles on a 1998 Legacy GT 2.5 Wagon.

Everything is breaking now.

Front Bearing replaced

Starter motor replaced, the second one, after only 6 years.

Head Gasket for the 2nd time...

First time a shop did it for $3000.00

This time I am going to do it myself, and do it right ...

Wow! Thats bad! I'm still on my original starter as far as I know and I just tossed in a used alternator a couple weeks ago at 247K. On my 2nd set of HG's and only one wheel bearing so far.
