Rear Ended by a Semi-truck

Title is pretty self explanatory...no pics, would rather not bend down and take photos. not a huge amount of damage he had a hitch on the front that punched a hole through my rear bumper, my bumper beam is ruined too. The gaps between the bumper and rear quarter panels are non existent but the body clips didn't pop. It was very low speed but a lot of Mass so we will see what the insurance adjuster says as far as additional damage.

best part...the semi exited the freeway after I had pulled over past said exit.

101 at 405...Didn't have an opportunity to go looking for him either. ( Not sure what I would have done anyways it was nighttime and I didn't really get a good look at the truck or driver.

My insurance is taking care of the dirty work, and may file a police report.

My wife and I are both a little sore her more so than me. I am just glad we didn't get pinned between a car and the truck.

I'll be looking for an OBP bumper soon!

That sucks man. In any case, you both appear to be fine and that is the most important thing. Good luck with getting the car fixed.
