2013 HK sub sucks help me find a better one

I want a cheap replacement for the stock sub. I already paid 3K extra for the limited model so I don't want to blow a lot of money upgrading the "premium" sound system. The bass range is horrible.

Here is what I have been looking at. Also I know pretty much nothing about car audio.

Those come out to about $110. If there is a better suggestion for under $150 please let me know

That amp is about as low quality as you can get. I wouldn't pay money for it. The sub might not be the worst, but it might not fit depth-wise with that basket design.

You can use high level inputs and you can make this work with stock head units but I am very much aftermarket. In fact I could stand the factory head unit for 4 days and then I took my brand new car off the road for 2 weeks to do the audio. So I am not typical.
