82DMC12 Posted August 19, 2007 Share Posted August 19, 2007 Hey Group, Soon-to-be Subaru owner here. I also own a 1994 Lexus ES300 and a 1982 DeLorean.... I like the 2008 Legacy 2.5i Ltd w/VDC. My local dealer has one in bronze with VDC and homelink mirror with an MSRP of $25,787 (give or take a few bucks). Before talking about trades, he said they would sell it for $22,990 after the $1000 Subaru rebate. That does not include TTL. This is his first offer to me. I am thinking he will go a little lower if I push. I will be financing with Subaru because of the good interest rates they offer for Tier-1 credit buyers like myself. Does anyone know what rock-bottom might be? I tried looking for their invoice price on this car, which was about $24K according to one site, which seems high. Just trying to get the best deal possible. I will sell my Lexus myself so he won't have to worry about a trade-in. I plan to let three or four dealers fight for my money. Great site!
