xtremeaudio44
Bought an 06 Legacy GT Limited auto a month ago with a "customer satisfaction" agreement to have a few options installed. Finally got around to getting the car over to the dealer to install shock sensor, chrome rocker panels and autocompass mirror. Went in today to pick it up as all parts were said to be installed. Go out to leave and notice the chrome rocker panels aren't installed, WTF. Apparently the manager of the service department doesn't understand the difference between a side sill and a rocker panel. This is what was installed: http://server2.uploadit.org/files/xtremeaudio44-STIsidesill1.jpg http://server3.uploadit.org/files/xtremeaudio44-STIsidesill.jpg Maybe I should ask them to leave them on.....of course at no charge . They are "used" now so they are of no use to them, at least that's what I will work with. They're not too bad looking. Opinions?
Robdownunder
I had a price on them from our local Suby distributor and they wanted in excess of $80 US per sill. BS...I told them to keep them. Rob.

xtremeaudio44
I think I heard the parts guy say something like $130 but I'm not sure if that was for all four. I actually like the brushed aluminum stock ones except I think I may like these too. If they don't charge me then I will keep them on. I can't justify $130 for something like that when I could put that towards an engine mod or something that actually does something. Already bought a Cobb dp, AccessPort, and a Crucial up......car only has 700 miles on it:D

xtremeaudio44
What type of finish on the STi side sills? It appears to be also a brushed aluminum. I found them at this site for $289 . Damn, no way would I spend that. www.fastwrx.com/stisisikitb.html
