05 gt cylinder head install ?

I just got my heads back from the machine shop and need a few things from the subaru guru's on here. im at the starting point of installing the cams and need the tq and order to put the screws in the cam/avcs caps.

Also need the right tq for the head bolts. Been searching and there are mixed answers every where. Use old bolts, dont use? Please help me do this, I want my car back. Been without her for 2 months and want to abuse my new stg2 set up!
