NKZY
Hey guys, looking for some new rotors and I came across http://www.brakeperformance.com. Never heard of them before but their stuff looks good and come with a lifetime warranty. Searched on the google machine and they seem to get good reviews. I was just wondering if any one on here has ran rotors from them. I think I would be getting the slotted rotors in black, $272 for all 4 and free shipping is a pretty damn good deal. It's either these or a set of centric premiums. Here's the link to the rotors for out cars: http://brakeperformance.com/brake-rotors/Premium-Dimpled-and-Slotted-Brake-Rotors.php
whitetiger
looks alittle sketchy. id try to find out who actually manufactures the rotors.
NKZY
I thought it looked/sounded a little sketchy at first too. Cant seem to find anything about who manufactures the rotors, that might be something I would have to call about. Everything seems to check out though as long as their honest about their products. The rotors are cast iron and zinc coated. They also have a deal if you buy their premium slotted and dimpled rotors where they will throw in free brake pads too. I've been doing a lot of reading across other forums and people seem to be happy with them.
jasejase
I'd hit up AZP, Infamous, or one of our vendors that give back to the community here a bit... They have great prices, super fast shipping, and are all around good guys.
NKZY
I would love to go with one of those guys and help out the people who help out this community but unfortunately I dont have $500 to drop on rotors right now. I could always go with the centric premiums though...i guess.
whitetiger
slots/dimples are not necessary. rotor construction is more important and centrics are good.

GTEASER
These days, with the internetz, anyone can call themselves "specialists". I'd stick with a vendor on the forum like KNS Brakes. GTEASER's 2012 Legacy GT - Sold GTEASER's 2009 XTeaser - Sold GTEASER's 1992 Legacy SS - Sold
NKZY
$500?!? I got quoted just over 400 for all four corners. Pads and rotors. From where? With what rotors and pads? 500$ may have been a slight exaggeration but I know that KNS has the DBA T2 streets with stop tech pads for 451 so with shipping right around 500 . I know I don't need the slotted rotors but damn it if they don't look so much better sitting behind the wheel. I plan on doing some track days coming up soon too so it definitely couldn't hurt to have them for that.
Qckslvr
I cant speak highly enough for these guys. I bought the black-zinc dipped, slotted rotors, free shipping, arrived immediately, amazing price and lifetime warping warranty. I use Hawk pads so I cant speak for the pads, but the rotors have been great. Will DEF buy again. My $.

jasejase
... and, sometimes I'm ok paying a couple bucks to be loyal to vendors that have treated me well.
NKZY
... and, sometimes I'm ok paying a couple bucks to be loyal to vendors that have treated me well. And I completely respect that fact. Normally I would be in the same boat. I don't have a problem spending more knowing I'm going to get good service etc. but the wallet is kinda tight right now so I'm going to have to go with price here.
