Went out to the CORE rally track with a few friends...

Me, my friend with an imprezza wagon, and a mutual friend of ours riding shotgun with him went to the CORE course. Just going out and goofing around with our totally stock cars. Was a fun day. Went home after my buddy took the tire partially off his wheel when taking a bad bump (apparently he really was pushing it to the limit and my extra weight in the backseat that lap pushed it past the limit). We got lots of awesome pictures:

Nothing spectacular, Logan (guy with the imprezza) probably was getting close to your time when he wasn't goofing around (he likes handbrake turns), I was probably in the 4-5 minute range just because I was trying to keep stuff from breaking and had a harder time of things with the automatic transmission. We're planning to make this a yearly thing, we'll see what the future holds.

cool. definately post that up.

my manual transmission presented it's own issues and immediately showed the importnce of close gears. i spent 90 % of the track in second gear, only that LOOONG straight saw third (and speeds in excess of 40 or 50 mph)
