Hazards, Information Display and Radio

Are all of these on the same Fuse?

 

Here is my problem, the Hazards don't work, nor does the info display. It shows outside temp and when you click the button to change the data displayed, nothing happens. When my gas light goes on it does flash the remaining mileage, as well as every hour it flashes the hour.

 

Lastly, my radio gets horible FM reception. Friday i'm going to dig in and pull out the XM radio wires.

 

I'm sort of hoping it's all on a fuse, but i think the previous owner messed up the wiring back there.
